On July 31 , 2006 the Honorable Carolyn Maloney (D. New York) introduced H.R. 5940, the "Comprehensive Comparative Study of Vaccinated and Unvaccinated Population Act of 2006"   in the House of Representatives along with cosponsor Congressman Tom Osborn (R. This innovative legislation directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to conduct or support a study comparing the health of children who are vaccinated with the health of children who are not vaccinated.
